Eraori.com's shipping policy covers local and overseas (designated areas) shipping services, and explains the following aspects:
1. Order processing:
- Once payment is completed and verified, the order will be processed and await product distribution.
-General order processing time is within 3 working days, overseas orders require an additional 2 working days.
- The order cut-off time is 1pm every working day, orders placed after that will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping order:
- Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Shipping times and methods vary by region.
- Standard shipping charges vary based on region and cargo weight.
- Usually arrives within 7 to 14 working days after order is shipped.
Important notes:
- Customers must fill in the correct recipient information and local contact number in the "Shipping Address" column on the checkout page.
- If the goods are shipped to areas outside Hong Kong, customers may need to pay additional fees and taxes.
- All shipping labels are not insured or signed for confirmation.
- Local customs may inspect your order, causing shipping delays.
- Customer accepts and is responsible for any additional fees, taxes or import documents required for shipment of goods.
- Due to local country's import laws, we are unable to adjust the value of items on customs documents.
- Due to shipping restrictions, some products may not be shipped overseas.
Insurance and signature confirmation services are not provided.
- Local customs may inspect your order, causing delivery delays.
- Customer accepts and is responsible for any additional fees, taxes or import documents required for shipment of goods.
- Due to local country's import laws, we are unable to adjust the value of items on customs documents.
- Due to shipping restrictions, overseas shipping may not be available for some products.
3. Other information:
- Delivery service is available to commercial and residential addresses; PO Boxes are not accepted.
- Weather, traffic and other factors may cause temporary suspension or delay of delivery services.
- After payment is completed, we will arrange shipping as soon as possible.
- Upon receipt, the customer should inspect the goods; if damaged, the goods should be rejected or returned to the sender.
- The company is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate addresses provided by customers.
- If you require delivery on a specific date, please indicate this in the "Remarks" before checkout, but we cannot guarantee delivery according to your request.
- If we find that the information provided is incorrect, we will notify you via email for confirmation before shipping.
- If the order contains in-stock items and pre-ordered or out-of-stock items, they will be shipped together.
- If the goods received do not match the order, please contact customer service within 2 working days after receipt.
- If the shipping label shows that it has been delivered, but the goods have not been received, the customer can check with neighbors or building management, or call the logistics company for further investigation.
- For orders that are not successfully delivered, we will charge additional shipping fees for reshipping.
- If the goods are rejected and returned to us, we will charge relevant shipping and handling fees, as well as a return order processing fee (15% of the total order amount), and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
- All order shipping arrangements are subject to availability of the relevant product.
